How to cancel bookings manually when you need to through MagnaPass.
There are a number of places in the MagnaPass account dashboard where cancellations can be made. All you need to do is click the red 'Cancel' button where available.
You can cancel bookings for classes, events, appointments and courses. This guide will give you step-by-step instructions on how to handle this within the MagnaPass account dashboard.

Classes, Events, Appointments and Course Drop-In Bookings
If you want to cancel an individual booking for a client that's booked into a specific classes, event or appointment, you can do so in a number of places in the MagnaPass account dashboard. You can click the 'Cancel' button in any of the places described below.
Bookings Lists
- Step 1: Click 'Bookings' in the top navigation banner in your MagnaPass account dashboard.
- Step 2: Select either the 'Upcoming Bookings' or 'Previous Bookings' tab to find the relevant booking.
- Step 3: Identify the specific booking in the list and click the 'Cancel' button.

Attendance Lists
- Step 1: Click 'Calendar' in the top navigation banner in your MagnaPass account dashboard.
- Step 2: Identify the specific class, event or appointment with the relevant booking.
- Step 3: Click the blue time slot link which takes you to the attendance list.
- Step 4: Identify the specific booking and click the 'Cancel' button.

Client Profiles
- Step 1: Click 'Clients' in the top navigation banner in your MagnaPass account dashboard.
- Step 2: Find the client whose booking you want to cancel in the list (you can search their name).
- Step 3: Click the yellow 'Edit' icon next to the relevant client's name, this takes you to their client profile.
- Step 4: Select the 'Bookings' tab and then select either the 'Upcoming Bookings' or 'Previous Bookings' tab to find the relevant booking.
- Step 5: Identify the specific booking in the list and click the 'Cancel' button.

Course bookings
Cancelling all bookings within a course that were booked at once can be done via the overall course bookings list found in the course editor. Follow these steps to cancel the overall course booking (e.g. if the client booked a course containing 5 sessions and, therefore, 5 bookings will all be cancelled).

- Step 1: Select 'Courses' from the 'My services' drop down in the top navigation banner in your MagnaPass account dashboard.
- Step 2: Click the yellow 'Edit' icon next to the relevant course, this takes you to the course editor.
- Step 3: Select the 'Bookings' tab to view the list of all clients that have booked the course.
- Step 4: Identify the specific booking and click the 'Cancel' button.

Confirming Cancellations
When you click the 'Cancel' button, the system will show a pop-up to ask you to confirm the cancellation. If applicable, it will also ask whether you'd like to also issue a refund while cancelling the booking (if applicable).
If you don't want to issue a refund, leave the tick box unticked on the pop-up and click the 'Confirm cancellation' button to complete the cancellation process. If you decide you want to refund the booking after you've cancelled, you can still do this too.
