The solution: online services. Whether it's a live stream or prerecorded content, here's how you can create, schedule and deliver them using MagnaPass.
How it works
Firstly, you'll need to schedule a regular meeting on your chosen live streaming video platform (such as Zoom). For example, you can create a new meeting for Monday 6pm and set it up to repeat each week.
If your class is a prerecorded link (such as Youtube) you just need to add the link only. You could alternatively upload a video file to a file sharing tool and change settings to private or password protected (such as Dropbox or Google Drive).
Once you have your online meeting scheduled (for live stream classes) or an access link has been created (for prerecorded classes), you should have the following details.
- URL link
- Meeting ID (if applicable)
- Password (if applicable)
Note: The minimum you need is the URL link.
Once you have the relevant details, create your class in MagnaPass (see this article on how to schedule Classes).
Finally, when creating or editing a class schedule, fill out the online details fields and click 'Save changes'.
Note: Clients online receive the online class access details AFTER they have booked the class.
To recap, here's a step-by-step guide to setting up your online classes on MagnaPass:
- Schedule your class as a recurring meeting in your chosen video platform (e.g. Zoom).
- Schedule your class in MagnaPass in your account dashboard.
- Add the relevant details for your clients to access the class after booking (URL link, meeting ID, password).
- When you clients book and/or pay, they receive a confirmation email with the online class details.
