Vinyasa Flow is one of the more fast paced styles of yoga where movement is linked to breath in a beautifully smooth, dance-like way.
At the sessions expect to build strength, stretch & sweat whilst you lift your spirits to a roots reggae soundtrack.
This is a mixed level class, however due to the fast paced nature of the flow it is advised that you attend at least six months of beginners vinyasa flow if you’re a complete beginner
