This class welcomes all levels. A great way to end the working week and welcome the weekend. Release the tense areas that come with long periods sitting by opening the front body and igniting the back body!
The classes begins with breathwork, moving into a flow and concludes with a couple of nice restorative poses and myofascial release techniques!
The classes are small to enable a more bespoke service to out clients using hands on adjustments and posture corrections if the clients welcomes it!
