This class is aimed at new mums wanting to regain their muscle tone and strength in those areas that may have gone 'alittle soft' during pregnancy! The emphasis is on stomach, back and glute (butt) strength to remind the body how to work functionally ( together) to create safe strong movements. The classes are very small ( groups of 6 to get more of a PT feel). Ideal for mums to bring their babies along and form relationships with other new mums. There is the opportunity to chill out together after the class in the cosy workshop room, enjoy a cuppa whilst browsing the many nutritional and lifestyle books the centre has. This is a relaxed space where mums can air any worries with themselves or myself ( nutritional therapist), that they may be having with their babies or there own health.
