High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy of short intense anaerobic exercise. These intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and conditioning and improved fat burning. This high intensity exercise should be done at each individual’s near maximum intensity.
