My classes are fun and accessible to all levels, classes includes vinyassa flow as well a focus on alignment and strengthing the body to improve focus,balance and a calm mind. My aim is to make yoga something eveyone feels comfortable trying and coming back to. To me yoga is an ever evolving practice working within, with your body and your mind at your own level and pace.
I love being able to share this amazing practice with my students and feel honered to be passing on such ancient wisdoms. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat!
