Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi:

At Mei Quan Academy of Tai Chi, we practise all elements of the traditional Yang Style syllabus, and interested students can choose to study any or all aspects of Tai Chi: development of one's health; meditation; internal martial art; practical philosophy; and aspects of Chinese Medicine and traditional culture.

About the School:

We have taught traditional Yang style Tai Chi since 1992. Mei Quan has over 40 experienced and inspirational teachers. We teach from fundamentals to advanced techniques, including push hands and application. Our programmes also cover the culture, history and philosophy of Tai Chi.

Tai Chi is an ancient, time-tested traditional Chinese method of self-development that helps the practitioner to develop balanced health for the body and the mind.

Qigong is a powerful type of health exercise, which has been practised for centuries by millions of people. It is based on repetitions of very precise sets of movements, specifically designed to benefit health on many different levels.
