This is an intermediate level class.
Discover the belly dancer in you with one of the UK's foremost Egyptian belly dance teachers. The class starts with a comprehensive warm-up which leads into drills (exercises to bring strength and flexibility) and pure technique, so the first hour is ideal for beginners. With great music the class is fun and a fantastic way to keep fit.
The second half of the class carries the technique further with step combinations, musical interpretation and choreography. These classes are ideal for improvers and intermediate belly dancers who want to take their learning to the next level.
Wear loose comfortable clothing and, for an extra touch of authenticity, bring a scarf to wrap around your hips. Most students dance in bare feet, or you can wear ballet pumps.
