Gym Based Personal Training Sessions Block 1

Duration: 4 weeks.

1 classes per week.

Begin on a journey to a fitter, stronger, healthier and happier you, to become the strong fabulous woman you are ! No fads, No BS, No extremes just simple guidance, motivation and support all backed up with knowledge, with a focus on helping women feel fitter, healthier, stronger and more body confident. My personal training style is all about having fun with your training whilst working towards your goals. Fitness should enhance your life not control it or be feared. I tend to use a combination of weight training, HIIT and core strength within my sessions alongside giving you the knowledge & tips to achieving a balanced lifestyle. A block booking of 1 session a week will get you: Weekly 1-2-1 sessions A programme to follow alongside Feel Confident Workbook for you to work through Unlimited Support via message A facebook group for even more content Nutritional support and advice All for £130 (£32.50 a session) You have to be a member of The Gym Altrincham for this package and females only please. Availbility Tuesday - Friday
