Yes. The MagnaPass booking app is available on iOS and Android. Clients can use this app to browse and book services on any device.

Having your business listed on the app is an optional add-on feature, in the same way other options such as packages and memberships are add-on features. We're currently offering the apps add-on feature half price (+£10/month after the 30-day free trial expires).

Yes. MagnaPass allows you to set up classes, courses and events with the option of using your Zoom account to automatically schedule Zoom meetings. 

Once enabled, the Zoom meeting is created when the first client books in. Every client that books will be provided with the Zoom meeting link within their booking confirmation email.

Each session in your schedule will have its own unique Zoom meeting created, so you won't need to worry about clients accessing classes they haven't booked and paid for.

Yes. You have the option pay yearly for a 20% discount on your subscription.

Your subscription fees are collected using GoCardless. Once you have created your account, you can set this up within your MagnaPass dashboard.

Absolutely. MagnaPass can be used for just one class or for hundreds.

Our pricing is affordable and fair to accommodate those working part-time, but also allows for you to add on the features that you’ll need as you grow.

Yes. When you sign up, we will work with you to ensure all of your team members have their own login details with access to manage your account, clients and services.

No. Your account is unlimited and the price doesn't go up the more you use MagnaPass.

That means unlimited everything: services, clients, bookings, payments and public booking pages.

Yes. MagnaPass offer everyone a 30-day free trial.

There are no upfront costs and we don't ask for your card details before starting the trial.

The trial period gives you plenty of time to set your profile and services up before beginning your subscription payments.

At the end of the 30-day trial, your subscription will begin automatically.

Yes. If you use a mailing list for newsletters, email updates and other information, MagnaPass can help.

The name and email address of each of your clients will be available to view and export via your MagnaPass dashboard.

In seconds, you can download a full list of your clients, ready to import into any mailing lists or other software you use.

Yes. There are no minimum term contracts. The only requirement is that you provide us at least 30-day notice before your next payment is due.

If you pay monthly, it’s a rolling-month subscription. If you pay yearly, you will have access to your account for the full 12 months. But if you need us to remove or hide your profile, we can do so at your request.

MagnaPass uses Stripe as a payment processor. Your payments are collected and they show up in your Stripe account instantly. Stripe then sends them directly to your bank account within 48 hours after processing.

There is a processing fee of 1.4% + 20p per transaction. All online booking systems that have a payment gateway will charge transaction fees.

Here’s an example payment: 

  • Payment = £10.00
  • Transaction fees = £0.34 (1.4% + 20p)
  • You receive = £9.66

No. There are no set-up fees, sign-up fees, or other upfront costs on top of the monthly subscription fees.

Yes. Whether you’d like to speak with someone before signing up, need a hand getting started or have any other query, our team is on hand to offer all the support you need.

We know tech and software can be a bit confusing, so MagnaPass also offer technical support. Our experienced development team can answer all of your tech questions including hands-on assistance with integrating the booking system into your website if necessary.

If you need a hand signing up, setting up your profile, or you’re experiencing some difficulty using the system, we are more than happy to help. You can contact us by email and if necessary, we can organise a phone call with you.

Yes. When you create any class, event or course they will each have their own unique public booking page. You can then share the link to your social media, with clients, and any other online channels.

Yes. Booking confirmations ands cancellation notifications will be sent to both you and the client. You will also receive an attendance summary for each booking before the start time including the names and email addresses of the attendees.

If it appears that you or clients are not receiving email notifications, check in other email folders such as junk and spam. Move any email notifications from other folders to the primary inbox and/or mark them as safe and/or ‘not spam’ to avoid this from persisting.

Yes. If you have a website, you have the option to integrate the MagnaPass booking system as a ‘widget’.

The widget is compatible with all types of websites including Wix, Squarespace, Wordpress, GoDaddy and HTML.

MagnaPass offers detailed instructions on how to do this within your dashboard, but we do offer full technical support if necessary.

Yes. You have full control to issue refunds at your own discretion.

To issue a refund, use your Stripe account. You can to give full refunds or partial refunds if you wish to retain part of the original transaction.

Yes. When you sign up, you receive a unique referral code. Sharing that code with your contacts, earns you cash money.
