That means unlimited everything: services, clients, bookings, payments and public booking pages.
Yes. If you wish to add or remove any add-on feature(s) including events, packages and courses, you can do so anytime.
Your next payment will be adjusted pro-rata automatically to reflect the changes to your plan.
Yes. MagnaPass offer everyone a 30-day free trial.
There are no upfront costs and we don't ask for your card details before starting the trial.
The trial period gives you plenty of time to set your profile and services up before beginning your subscription payments.
At the end of the 30-day trial, your subscription will begin automatically.
Yes. If you use a mailing list for newsletters, email updates and other information, MagnaPass can help.
The name and email address of each of your clients will be available to view and export via your MagnaPass dashboard.
In seconds, you can download a full list of your clients, ready to import into any mailing lists or other software you use.
Every plan automatically includes Classes and Appointments (£10/month). You can then customise your plan with add-on features:
Our pricing is very simple and easy because you build you own plan to suit your business. Just select which services you offer and we will provide them for you.
You will be billed on the same date each month once your subscription begins.
Your subscription fees are collected using GoCardless. Once you have created your account, you can set this up within your MagnaPass dashboard.
Yes. There are no minimum term contracts, it’s a rolling-month subscription that you can cancel anytime.
Yes. MagnaPass uses Stripe which collects online payments and they show up in your Stripe account instantly.
Stripe then sends them directly to your bank account within 24 hours. You can edit the frequency of payouts to your bank account including daily, weekly and monthly depending on your preference.
Stripe charge a payment gateway fee of 1.4% + 20p per transaction. All online booking systems have a payment gateway with transaction fees.
MagnaPass do not charge an additional fee on bookings made through the system.

No. There are no set-up fees, sign-up fees, or other upfront costs on top of the monthly subscription fees.
Yes. Whether you’d like to speak with someone before signing up, need a hand getting started or have any other query, our team is on hand to offer all the support you need.
We know tech and software can be a bit confusing, so MagnaPass also offer technical support. Our experienced development team can answer all of your tech questions including hands-on assistance with integrating the booking system into your website if necessary.

If you need a hand signing up, setting up your profile, or you’re experiencing some difficulty using the system, we are more than happy to help. You can contact us by email and if necessary, we can organise a phone call with you.
Yes. When you create any class, event or course they will each have their own unique public booking page. You can then share the link to your social media, with clients, and any other online channels.
Yes. Booking confirmations ands cancellation notifications will be sent to both you and the client. You will also receive an attendance summary for each booking before the start time including the names and email addresses of the attendees.
If it appears that you or clients are not receiving email notifications, check in other email folders such as junk and spam. Move any email notifications from other folders to the primary inbox and/or mark them as safe and/or ‘not spam’ to avoid this from persisting.
Yes. If you have a website, you have the option to integrate the MagnaPass booking system as a ‘widget’.
The widget is compatible with all types of websites including Wix, Squarespace, Wordpress, GoDaddy and HTML.
MagnaPass offers detailed instructions on how to do this within your dashboard, but we do offer full technical support if necessary.
The MagnaPass system operates with a 24-hour cut-off point. Your members will have the option to cancel up to 24-hours before the start of their booking, after that they will no longer be able to cancel.
You have the ability to cancel a booking at any time through your MagnaPass dashboard.
Yes. You have full control to issue refunds at your own discretion.
To issue a refund, use your Stripe account. You can to give full refunds or partial refunds if you wish to retain part of the original transaction.
Yes. When you sign up, you receive a unique referral code. Sharing that code with your contacts, earns you cash money.
